I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

HI I'M TIFFANY. I am lucky to run a business that I love in the industry of Personal Development .
I am a devoted aunt to three nephews and one niece. I have a close family, strong relationships with friends all over the country, I love to travel, and I am a huge St. Louis Cardinal fan. Mostly I am motivated by service and have a strong desire to help others live their most fulfilling lives.
So, when choosing a career path my dream was to find something that was fun. Something that would allow the time and flexibility to do MOST of the things that were important to me. Little did I know that I could find that one thing that allowed me to do ALL the things that were important to me.

This is my family with my 97-year-old grandmother.That 7-year-old nephew is now 13 and standing next to me.
This is the the view from that balcony the day I decided to go for my dreams, and led me to my business in Personal Development.
One of the things I love is time with friends. Here I was able to meet my friends in Dallas for dinner.
Running my own business means never having to miss important family events. Here I am with one of my cousin for a family rodeo.
MY BACKGROUND: I worked as a massage therapist for 10+ years and absolutely LOVED it! I loved the holistic nature of it. I loved being able to provide a service that truly helped people live a better quality of life. The service I provided never made me feel that I was being taken advantage of, like so many customer service JOBS do. Best of all, I worked for myself.
I ended up having to leave my practice in Arizona when my mother fell ill. She passed away while the country was in the thick of a recession. I knew that if I stayed in Missouri or returned to Arizona, I would need to rebuild my clientele either way. That was going to be difficult to do, considering that usually took 5 years to build. Plus massage therapy is usually considered more of a luxury rather than a necessity when determining budgets... SO I GOT A JOB.
One job led to two. Two jobs led to three. All while I worked on getting my degree. Some of those jobs I loved. Most…I did not. One thing I did notice though, was how many people settled for just getting by. I have never understood that. Maybe it’s because I know that it was possible to love what you do. To me, life is meant to be lived fully. Full of faith with minimal fear.
WHAT LED ME TO THIS BUSINESS: I just finished my degree in Human Resource Management. I had gotten a room at the resort that my family were currently renovating for a post-graduation vacation. I was in heaven as I sat on my balcony with an ocean view, in the company of my two young nephews who I loved more than anything. In the back of my mind though was the thought of the $65,000 in student loan debt I would need to begin to pay off in the next 6-months…and I had no desire to work in Human Resource Management.
It was at that moment that my nephew Jake said, “I wish you could just be on the road with us”. I know it may sound a little crazy to take advise from a 7-year-old, but I wanted that too. I wanted something that was truly remote. Preferably something where I could work for myself. Something that allowed me the financial and time flexibility to spend with both my family and my friends, while paying off that $65,000 in student loan debt… as soon as possible.
I finally found it! The life I envisioned on that balcony is now my reality.I am looking to work with positive people who desire freedom and flexibility, have a desire to help others, a drive to succeed with a minimum of 2 hours a day to devote to something new.
